"After spending almost one year and $1200 at another dealership trying to get my bike running properly (with no success), a member of my local HOG group suggested I bring it to Cerini. After part of a day looking into it your service department replaced a bad part, remapped the race tuner correctly and presto, the bike runs better now than it has, ever. All of this for less than $200. While spending time at Cerini I found everyone very friendly and helpful. At the "other" dealership it is a click situation. If you don't belong to the "in" crowd you are made to feel like you are a bother. Needless to say Cerini gets all of my future service, even though it is a 40 mile ride to get there. "I passed 2 other dealerships to get to yours. Your customer service and follow up was far and above your competitors. I was very satisfied with everyone that I dealt with at your dealership. They treated me with respect and everyone was very kind to my wife. My wife really enjoyed talking with Marie. There aren't any dealerships that I know of where you can hang out and talk with the owner and have a meaningful conversation about life. "On Tuesday June 19, 2007, I finished work around 5pm and knowing that the dealership closed at 6pm, I called the Service Department to let them know I was on my way to drop off my Harley for the 5000-mile service as well as adding numerous accessories. At the start of my 60-mile journey (one way), the weather was very warm with some clouds in the sky. As I traveled further away from home the sky darken quickly and it began to look like the heavens would unleash the mother of all storms. I rode as fast as the traffic would allow me to, and all the sudden the sky opened up and I found myself caught in the middle of an unforgettable torrential thunderstorm. It rained so hard that hail, the size of nickels, came hurling down with the rain. You could not see two feet of the highway in front of you. I immediately pulled to the side of the road, and jumped in the car with my wife who was following me. I called the dealership and spoke to Adam who said not to worry, and that he would stay and wait for me. After the storm subsided a bit, I got back on my Harley and continued to ride in the driving rain, soaked from head to toe. I finally arrived about an hour after the shop had closed and as I pulled in I saw Adam, his father Eric, and I believe his mother all-waiting for me. Needless to say, I was drenched and very upset. Without hesitation, they gave me a dry Harley T-shirt off the rack and several towels to dry off with. They all stayed with my wife and me talking about Harleys and answering questions until we decided to leave. I just want to let future customers know about the character and quality of people you'll find at Cerini. I will certainly remember the sincere hospitality and thoughtfulness, as well as, continue to do my Harley business at Cerini even though there are much closer dealerships in the area where I'm from. "I didn't know about your testimonial section on your website, wish I did, I would have done this right away. I went to your dealership, was looking for a specific bike, 07 Heritage Softail Classic. Unfortunately went to another dealership first, after the long drive I got there to find out the bike was not at all what I wanted, it was a Heritage Softail, but everything was 3rd party (bags, windshield, etc) didn't even have the black and chrome engine, and was an 06. After that very disappointing experience I went to you guys, which I should have in the first place. My bike was sitting there, Harry was the best sales rep that I every deal with, made my nervous experience very calm. Thanks for everything, I've been there numerous times, and will be forever. Cerrini's is where I buy all my accessories, and where I get my bike serviced. I will never go elsewhere. Matt"

"Long story short. I bought a Police bike with alot of performance upgrades and while on leave in PA had an oil change and state inspection done at ANOTHER dealership. When I went to pick up the bike it would not even idle so after a few weeks of playing games (the bike still at that dealership). A friend told me that Cerini's had a racing team and did alot of work on Screaming Eagle engines and had great service. I got an appointment right away. You had the bike for a few hours and the bike was done and ran better than before. Well worth the hour and 45 minute drive. I WILL be back to your dealership.
